Registration

The different registration fees are detailled below. These fees include:
  • Access to all PEMM presentations and poster sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch on Tuesday 14th, Wednesday 15th, and Thursday 16th July
  • A cocktail dinner on Monday 13th July
  • Social activities on Tuesday 14th July (Program to be released soon)
  • The conference dinner on Tuesday 14th July (including a show and fireworks)

In order to submit an abstract you need to login or create your account (CCSD account used on HAL for those who already have one). Then go to the Abstract Submission page of this website (link) and fill the online form.

Registration confirmation

A registration confirmation email will be sent to you after receipt of your full registration and corresponding payment.

Invitation letter

To receive an invitation letter, the participant must contact the conference service. The document will be sent after receipt of the full registration and corresponding payment.
The invitation letter does not in any way obligate the organizers financially. All expenses incurred in connection with the Symposium are the responsibility of the participant.

Visa

Each participant is required to personally take steps to obtain a visa. Participants who require an entry visa should allow sufficient time for the application process and contact the embassy or consulate of their place of residence to determine the appropriate time for their visa application. The organizers will not directly contact the embassies or consulates on behalf of the participants.

Refund/cancellation fees

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email to : contactcolloque@insavalor.fr
Registration fees may be refunded as follows:

- before April 30th : 50€ for administrative costs

- between April 30th and June 15th, 2026 : 50% refunds

- after June 15th, 2026 : No refunds (*)

(*) An exception may be made in the event that a visa is not obtained. With presentation of supporting documents, a refund may be granted with a deduction of 20 euros for application fees.

No refunds will be granted for unattended events or early termination of attendance, in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the lecture room or any other incidents during the meeting, which are beyond the control of the meeting organisers.

No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues, however, we welcome substitute delegates at any time. By registering to the PEMM 2026 participants agree that neither the organising committee nor the organising office assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The conference fee does not include insurance.
